The XSR 40GbE Recorder captures UDP or TCP/IP data at over 2 GB/s from 1× 40GBASE-SR4, an optional second 40GBASE-SR4, 2× 10GbE SFP+ and 5× GbE RJ45 interfaces simultaneously — no channel arbitration required. An Intel Xeon Gen 11 processor with up to 96GB DDR4 RAM and up to 80TB removable MLC SSD in RAID 0, 1 or 5 stores all concurrent streams. GPS and NTP time synchronization, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 qualification, DO-160 certification and optional NIAP-approved CSfC dual-layer XTS-AES 256-bit encryption make the XSR 40GbE ready for the most demanding airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.

Advantage

Simultaneous multi-interface recording from 40GbE down to GbE at over 2 GB/s on a single Size, Weight and Power (SWaP)-optimized platform — available in compact SFF or half-rack chassis — with optional CSfC dual-layer encryption and FIPS 140-2 compliance for classified-data airborne programs.

ISR / Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance

Captures high-bandwidth multi-sensor feeds from airborne ISR platforms across simultaneous 40GbE, 10GbE and GbE interfaces into up to 80TB removable SSD with GPS time sync for mission-critical data fidelity.

Electronic warfare data capture

Records full 40GbE EW system outputs to ruggedized removable XSR RDMs for post-mission analysis, with optional CSfC dual-layer XTS-AES 256-bit encryption qualifying the system for classified EW data handling.

Flight test instrumentation

Simultaneous multi-interface recording across 40GbE, 10GbE and GbE sources with GPS or NTP time sync and removable XSR RDMs for zero-delay data recovery, accelerating test-article validation on instrumented airframes.
