The XSR NAS Dock is a desktop network-attached storage station purpose-built to ingest and distribute mission data from Galleon XSR removable data modules (RDMs). A front-loading bay accepts XSR RDMs directly from airborne platforms, transferring data at over 1,500 MB/s across dual 10GBASE-T ports to ground station networks. Intel Xeon Gen 11 processing with 96GB DDR4 drives four 6.0 Gbps SATA interfaces supporting up to 80TB MLC or 40TB SLC storage. SMB/CIFS, NFS, AFP, FTP, HTTP and rsync protocols enable simultaneous distribution to multiple analyst workstations, while optional XTS-AES 256-bit software full-disk encryption and SMART monitoring with SNMP and Syslog management complete the ground exploitation picture.

Advantage

Front-loading XSR RDM compatibility eliminates post-mission download bottlenecks — a warfighter inserts the drive and the dock streams over 1,500 MB/s directly to the network through dual 10GBASE-T, supporting EXT4, UFS, FAT and NTFS file systems with no reformatting required.

Post-mission data offload

Rapidly ingesting XSR RDM data from airborne platforms via dual 10GBASE-T to ground station NAS, with front-loading media access that eliminates cable connections and reduces turnaround time between sorties.

Base-station mission archive

High-capacity NAS storage up to 80TB MLC for multi-mission ISR data exploitation and retention at base stations, with SMART monitoring and SNMP/Syslog management for long-term archive health visibility.

Data staging and distribution

Simultaneous rsync, NFS and SMB distribution of mission data to analyst workstations via dual 10GBASE-T, with EXT4, UFS, FAT and NTFS file system support ensuring compatibility across mixed-OS exploitation environments.
