The XSR Mission Computer is a compact, ruggedized computing platform built on Intel Xeon Gen 11 processors with 96GB DDR4 and 13 standard GbE RJ45 ports for mission-critical network routing. Two chassis variants — compact conduction-cooled and air-cooled — support deployments from 6 lb on fixed-wing ISR and rotary-wing platforms to ground vehicle vetronics. Optional XMC and MiniPCIe expansion modules add 10GbE, 25GbE, 40GbE or sFPDP interfaces without hardware redesign. CSfC-compatible dual-layer XTS-AES 256-bit encryption, NIAP approval and FIPS 140-2 compliance meet classified data handling requirements across air and ground domains.

Advantage

13 standard GbE ports and modular XMC/MiniPCIe expansion deliver flexible high-speed networking at 23W idle in a MIL-STD-810 ruggedized chassis — all on a single Size, Weight and Power (SWaP)-optimized platform with CSfC-compatible encryption ready for classified deployments.

Airborne mission processing

Real-time sensor fusion and network routing on fixed-wing and rotary ISR platforms, with GPS NMEA and NTP time sync and conduction-cooled chassis rated to 60,000 ft.

Vetronics integration

Low-power mission computing for ground vehicle command and control, with 16–40V DC input, RS-232/422 serial I/O and a MIL-STD-810-qualified chassis suited for armored and wheeled platforms.

Rapid capability insertion

XMC and MiniPCIe expansion slots accept 10GbE, 25GbE, 40GbE and sFPDP I/O cards, enabling field-upgradable interface expansion without chassis redesign or program-level hardware changes.
