Description
The XSR 10GbE Recorder captures UDP or TCP/IP data at 1.8 GB/s sustained from up to 8 optical 10GbE and 5 GbE interfaces simultaneously. Intel Xeon Gen 11 with up to 96GB DDR4 ECC RAM stores all channels concurrently to up to 80TB of removable SSD. The world’s smallest 10GbE data recorder — 153 × 175 × 103 mm in conduction-cooled small form factor — combines COTS Open Architecture for 10+ year obsolescence protection, rugged MIL-38999 connectors, GPS or NTP time sync and optional NIAP-approved CSfC dual-layer HWFDE and SWFDE encryption for deployment in UAS, pods and ground vehicles across the most demanding airborne environments.
Advantage
The world’s smallest 10GbE data recorder packs eight simultaneous optical 10GbE channels at 1.8 GB/s sustained into a 153 × 175 × 103 mm conduction-cooled footprint with COTS Open Architecture, 80TB removable SSD and optional CSfC dual-layer encryption — purpose-built for UAS, pod and ground vehicle deployments.
UAS and pod-based multi-sensor recording
Eight optical 10GbE ports capture simultaneous HD video, radar and EW sensor streams at 1.8 GB/s into 80TB of removable SSD, with GPS time sync and a conduction-cooled design enabling reliable operation on space-constrained unmanned airframes and underwing pods.
High-speed sensor data recording for flight test
The 1.8 GB/s sustained recording rate accommodates multiple radar and multi-sensor data streams across all eight 10GbE ports simultaneously, with GPS or NTP time sync enabling accurate post-flight channel-to-channel correlation.
Surveillance and multi-sensor intelligence collection
Simultaneous eight-port 10GbE recording from persistent surveillance payloads stores all sensor streams to removable RDMs without download latency, supporting rapid intelligence exploitation immediately after the unmanned platform returns to base.
