The XSR Offload Server is a Supermicro 3U 19-inch rackmount platform purpose-built to ingest data from XSR Removable Data Modules at over 800 MB/s and archive it across 8× 16 TB front-loaded HDDs totaling 128 TB. Powered by a single Intel Xeon quad-core processor and 16 GB SDRAM, the server runs Red Hat Linux, Debian Linux or Windows 10/Server and supports optional quad 10GbE or quad GbE networking for analyst distribution. Dual redundant 800W power supplies and optional AES-256 encryption protect mission-critical archives from ground-station power interruptions and unauthorized access.

Advantage

Front-loaded XSR RDM bay and >800 MB/s throughput eliminate post-mission data bottlenecks. A 128 TB HDD array with redundant power keeps multi-sortie ISR archives available around the clock without a single point of failure.

Post-mission RDM offload

High-speed bulk transfer from XSR Removable Data Modules to long-term archival HDDs at over 800 MB/s, clearing modules for immediate reuse between sorties without introducing data bottlenecks at the ground station.

Ground station data management

Centralized 128 TB repository aggregates multi-sortie ISR mission archives from XSR family recorders across an entire operational site, delivering a single authoritative data store accessible to all ground exploitation workstations.

Exploitation staging

Pre-processes and stages mission data for rapid analyst distribution via network share, using optional quad 10GbE networking to push organized, time-stamped ISR content directly to exploitation workstations as soon as an RDM lands.
